The Enterprise Zone

You are working in a group with four other students with the task of working out a plan for designing, producing and selling an energy-efficient product.

Each of the students seems to have different ideas for what they want to create but they are not listening to each other. They each become frustrated and decide to work independently. Each member of the group has created an energy-efficient product but the plans are incomplete or rushed as the workload couldn’t be shared and some areas are not developed very well.

How do you think your group should have worked together so you could build on each other’s strengths and work towards the same goal?
